Here at Happy Camper Doggy Day Camp & Sleepover, we aren’t just another boarding facility. We’re a luxury destination where your dog can enjoy their very own vacation. A Sleepover at Happy Camper is different from what you might be familiar with when you think about leaving your dog at your veterinarian’s office or a kennel. When your canine companion stays with us, they will be assigned their very own Sleepover Counselor, who will perform wellness checks and closely monitor their appetite, behavior, and relief habits. They do this to ensure that all guests are safe, comfortable, and happy during their stay with us. We’ll even send you one complimentary update on your dog.
All sleep areas are divided by solid partitions for safety and privacy and feature orthopedic Kuranda beds and fresh water in stainless steel bowls.
If you have never boarded your dog before or you are worried they won’t enjoy the experience, consider one of our nine themed luxury lodges. Dedicated to dogs who need a bit more attention, quiet, or spoiling, our luxury lodges are private, themed suites with individual lighting, air conditioning, and luxurious bedding. Some even have windows for wildlife watching. Luxury lodge guests also get to enjoy nature sounds and smooth jazz, a private concierge, and a complimentary bath with a four-night stay.
Please bring your dog’s regular food and treats along with feeding instructions. We prefer keeping dogs on their regular schedules to avoid stomach upset. We have refrigerators, microwaves, etc. and will happily prepare and feed your dog according to your specifications. If you forget to pack your pup’s food, we provide our “house food” at an additional cost of $2 per cup.
Your dog’s Sleepover counselor will administer most medication at no additional charge, provided you provide written veterinary instructions. All medications must be brought in their original containers with veterinary labeling.
We are happy to administer oral or topical medications or supplements to your pets! Medication must be in the original prescribed container with the prescription label adhered.
Please bring enough food for the duration of your pet's boarding stay. You must provide individual prepackaged containers or Ziplock bags with your pet’s name and food measured by meal or a meal packaging fee of $3 per day (max of $15 per boarding stay) will be applied to your pet’s invoice. Canned food and meal toppers are accepted in their original container, but must be labeled with your pet's name.
